This month see the launch of our new loyalty card for customers who purchase fish from us.

We have some really exciting news about the launch of our new loyalty card that entitles you to free fish each time you decide to stock. Every purchase of fish will automatically earn you 5 points (equivalent to £5) for every £100 you spend.

You can either redeem the value on your next purchase of fish or let your points build up and cash them in against a future order of fish.

Even better, you can use your free fish points against any other offers or discounts! Meaning some really massive savings. So not only will you have access to stocks before anyone else through our newsletters and be first to receive news of offers, you can also build points for future savings!

Whenever points are redeemed they must be matched by at least an equivalent sum, for example; 200 points = £200, your order must be at least £400. This will mean you get £200 of fish free and only pay £200.

Loyalty Points Terms and Conditions

Points awarded can only be redeemed against an equivalent cash sum order for fish. For example: 300 points (cash value £300 inclusive of vat) redeemed against a minimum total order for fish of £600 inclusive of vat, excluding all other charges.
Points are awarded in multiples of 5 points per £100.
Points are awarded only for each full £100 paid and no pro-rata award will be made for payments of less than any multiple of £100. I.e. £1060 payment attracts an award of 50 points.
Points are only awarded on final payment of an invoice.
Date of award is that of the actual delivery date of a fish order that has an entitlement to the award of points.
Points will only be awarded on completion of a vat invoice.
Points are awarded to the Angling Club or Fishery owner responsible for the settlement of an invoice and not an individual who may place an order on behalf of another.
Points can only be redeemed against an order for fish and there is no entitlement to a cash equivalent.
Points can only be redeemed against the cost of fish and cannot be used to offset any other charges such as delivery, consultancy, netting etc.
Points must be redeemed within 18 months of award.
There is no automatic entitlement to have replacement fish or for Quiet Sports Fishery Management to offer additional stock fish if any losses occur following a stocking of fish, on any part of an order (either redeemable points or cash part of a purchase).
Redeemed points are subject to stock availability in all cases and Quiet Sports Fishery Management reserve the right to offer alternative stock or adjust an order for fish if necessary. Loyalty points scheme to run for a term of 24 months from 1.08.10 subject to the wishes of Quiet Sports Fishery Management.
The loyalty points award is only applicable to Quiet Sports Fishery Management customers providing their fish purchase is exclusively made with Quiet Sports Fishery Management. Quiet Sports Fishery Management reserve the right to withdraw the loyalty award scheme at any time providing one months' notice.
Quiet Sports Fishery Management reserves the right to refuse an award of points at its discretion. In any dispute Quiet Sports Fishery Management decision will be final. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
Anyone entering into the loyalty points scheme will be treated as accepting these terms and conditions.
