The warm start to spring has seen catches improve steadily and Creeting lakes has already seen match weights near 100lb with pleasure catches exceeding. A bite a cast in most pegs with sweetcorn producing bigger fish. Big fish activity on the Big fish lake has seen multiple catches of fish to 21lb with many 14 to 18 lb fish showing.

Shrewley pools fish from all areas as usual and catches of 3lb to 8lb fish from top to bottom.

Halesworth Lakes providing sport in all three lakes. Match weights of 2lb fish over 80lb and pleasure catches of mixed fish from any peg in any lake .Middle lake for carp to 17lb.

Kilburn lake is in very consistent form and fish by the reeds in most pegs once the sun is out, bites from all areas.

Yaxley lake continues to offer a great variety of fish and carp from 1lb to 18lb offering great sport with occasional tench and bream.

Nether Stowey quietly located off the main road providing bites from carp to 8lb in catches over 70lb along with some quality roach, corn a very good bait
